What To Expect:

This privately owned island sits a 30 min boat ride away off the coast of the increasingly popular town of Bangsaphan which is a 2-3 hour journey by car, bus or train, south of Hua Hin. Inland, tropical evergreen rainforest covers the island and trekking is possible.
Koh Talu has lovely palm fringed beaches and a shallow reef that is ideal for snorkelling. Fish life is thriving and you'll see parrotfish, wrasse, seargent major fish and a good variety of hard coral.

Private pick up transfer from Hua Hin 3200 per car around transfer for one day tour.

Itinerary:

06.30 am Pick up at Hotel in Hua Hin
09.45 am Arrive to the pier (main land office).
10.00 am Depart from the main land to the raft and enjoy snorkeling at Koh Talu Island.
12:00 am Lunch at the terrace restaurant. After lunch relaxing and enjoy by your self at our beach.
02.30 pm Depart from the Island to the pier at main land.
03.00 pm Arrival at the mainland
06.00 pm Arrival at Hotel in Hua Hin

	cranhamrebecca 11/06/2019 9.8 / 10 We chose to do the day trip rather than the overnight trip, if I could pick again know what I know now I would go for two nights! It's out of the way for just one night, feels like a lot of effort I think but if you have time for two I think it would be incredible. The day trip allowed enough time to go straight in to hours of snorkelling after the transfer. Watching the fish was amazing and it's worth having a guide point a few spots out. We went to two spots, the first for Fisk and the second for the coral - both great. When we then got to the island for a late lunch it was very peaceful and the food was tasty, top points for the battered bananas. The sand is perfect and the sea was calm for us, a paradise beach. I would go back!
