Merit Making Tour is a Private Tour (Not a join tour). Learn the religious traditions and local beliefs with Merit Making Tour. First destination is Wat Traimit, a temple known for housing the world’s largest solid gold statue dated back to the Sukhothai dynasty. Next to Wat Traimit is the bustling China Town market and its colourful livelihood. Next stop is Wat Suthat, a quiet, lesser-known temple where you can closely learn how the Thais pray and make merits. Just around the corner there’s Talad Phra Krueng, a marketplace for small Buddha amulets, sacred items believed to grant wearers protection from harm. The last destination of the journey is Wat Saket, a temple erected on top of a steep hill, offering a panoramic view of the city.
