Pickup Times:​

• 8:30am time slot - Pick up 7:00am-7:30am, return 1:30pm-2:00pm

• 10:00am time slot - Pick up 8:30am-9:00am, return 3:00pm-3:30pm

• 11:30am time slot - Pick up 10:00am-10:30am, return 4:30pm-5:00pm

• 12:30pm time slot - Pick up 11:00am-11:30am, return 5:30pm-6:00pm

• 2:00pm time slot - Pick up 1:00pm-1:30pm, return 7:30pm-8:00pm

• Weight limitation: 20kg-110kg
• Please wear comfortable and loose fitting clothes and appropriate outdoor shoes
• This activity involves a light level of physical exertion
• Not recommended for pregnant women or people with heart, back, hip or knee problems
• Hotel transfers are only available in central Chiang Mai
• Pick ups from accommodations located outside of the city, super highway roads, or more than 1 kilometer from the city may incur additional fees depending on the distance.
